My holiday home Montana Vista is located on the Costa Blanca in the urbanization of Monte Pego near Denia.
This region is characterized by a pleasant climate, not as extremely hot as in southern Spain and the house is quietly situated in the hills.
Because of its location there is always a breeze which provides the necessary cooling.
Monte Pego is not far from shops and beaches and is surrounded by beautiful nature and beautiful views.
